These got a late start, winged it and they cooked too hot/too fast; pulled them at 195 after only 2hrs because it was dinner. Tasted like a tasty smoked pork chop, hella chewy, not like ribs.

Know what fixed the leftovers up? 24hrs sous vide at 160F. Tender AF. Smoke flavor throughout. Yes.

I was not quite financially ready to buy one of @roseschmits.bsky.social's awesome tentacle pots, but I did get this little other one that I deeply enjoy. it holds my wife's flower garden produce really well!
