But in 2 years you should be able to work out you've got a wrong 'un. I was made redundant after 21 years because my firm had not realised my pension plan was miscalculated so got rid before it cost them too much !! I won my unfair dismissal case 😁

So an employee turns up for work, refuses to work on his first day, so you get rid of him and he sues you for unfair dismissal. You shell out thousands. That will make any employer wary. Or is there a caveat that allows you to sack someone for gross incompetence?

My wife, a retired nurse, is horrified to be deemed a non-professional, but nothing surprises her about this idiot. Talking to many friends, all of them are saying the same thing " I'm not visiting America until this fool goes". How many more tourists are you losing?
