i've found seche vite shrinks and kind of turns yellowy with uv exposure... which sucks because it's otherwise so quick to dry and glossy 😭!!

I've also heard things about topcoats that have toluene in them contributing to pigment spread, but I haven't experimented enough with different topcoats to know for sure

velvet style can be hard to get exactly how you want with regular polish, because no matter what it'll spread over time! a strong magnet like a 30lb horseshoe makes the effect a ton more intense though!
