Side note on hrs and pay.
It would be more hrs and better pay if the world wasn't in a recession. The business hasn't done great this year and I am the first to be cut when it gets to tight.

I work with family, in fact it's been my main work even part time for quite a few years.
They dropped me to 8 hrs a week "max", and am still expected to drop things when the business/they need help.
I'm tired, job hunting sucks, going to lose more of our living space. The burnout is very real.
