I expected the NT story to answer that question, but it didn’t.

Martin, this shows a profound lack of imagination on your part.

Oh dear, I had no idea that account has been saying the same thing for months and clearly does not want to actually understand elections. Thanks for the info so I can go about my day and read about Lindsay Halligan instead 😉

So, if that is what you’re asking for, I (who have been working with election officials for two decades) know that it is non-essential and wholly implausible. Not to mention, astronomically costly.

What is a 100% audit? A recount of all races on all ballots? Do you envision that as being a hand count? In 2021 in Maricopa County, AZ, the Cyber Ninjas counted two races (on ballots that had up to 85 races on them) and it took them months (and proved to be a complete waste of resources).

“A whole new set of vulnerabilities,”what does that even mean? Computers have been part of vote tabulation since at least the 1960s. All systems have vulnerabilities, but election systems in the US use a combination of physical and cyber security measures and auditing processes to reduce them.

You still haven’t answered the question. Updates to election management systems are done via trusted builds, without connection to the internet. How did Musk gain physical access to the systems?

But that's neither here nor there because this case is getting tossed on an MTD for lack of standing, just like Lake v. Fontes in AZ. (Where Plaintiffs' counsel was sanctioned under FRCP 11). They'll never have the opportunity to try to get their analyses into evidence. 3/3

analyses admitted without the testimony of the people who conducted them, and if they don't have the requisite expert credentials, they're likely to be excluded under FRE 702. 2/3

It's, ummm, not a good strategy. I notice that the PA Complaint includes allegations that they did statistical analyses "using expert methodologies of Roman Udot, Peter Klimek, and Sergei Shpilkin," but they don't say who did the analyses. They're going to have a huge problem getting those 1/3

Um...no you haven't

Seems like 2024's Antrim County, Michigan.
