Noble principle, never going to happen.

People demand uptime now more than ever. There just isn't the resilience necessary to make this viable.

Most folk won't even self-host simple apps.

(Also, I've sold enterprise-class data centres for the last two decades. PleSe dont take my livelihood 😉)

Saw them at the Silverstone Festival a few years back. They definitely phoned it in: ended up booed off the stage after telling the crowed to fuck off, they were getting paid anyway.

Kinda coloured my opinion of them somewhat, sadly.
