The biggest spread miss of the year was San Jose State at Nevada. San Jose State was favored by 10 but lost by 45 (55 point miss!). Also significant that it happened this late into the season.

It would cost ~$4k/year in fees for a right of way permit in a 100sqft unmetered parking space. That's the price a RPP should cost.

I think it’s interesting that TxDOT doesn’t follow the DOT rule on not putting distracting and goofy messaging on signs but implemented this one immediately
