understandable 😔 my case is a bit complicated because we remained friends (it’s kinda hard not to after being together half our lives imo) and we’re way way better off not being together, we realized we were toxic as hell as a couple so we ended things. but the first few months were so fucking hard

because it’s what feels familiar and comfortable to you right now, i got out of a 12 year relationship at the beginning of this year and had to fight every instinct to go back (again) tooth and nail and it was HARD i can’t lie to u, but im so much better off now for not going back
