You may need to find a different doc. I inject estradiol once a week and every 3 months my doc tests my blood and modifies the dose as needed. I can’t wear a patch, my skin reacts to them all. Injections are the blunting that worked for me. Plus oral progesterone.

Likely your HRT is not strong enough, you need to be at physiological levels of E and P to feel better. Try taking to doc about testing your blood and then increasing your dose. Did wonders for me.

Unbelievable! I am so sorry. Have you looked into HRT? I started in March and it has been a literal miracle for me.
