Ah, to be a young, dumb gamer again, with a massive sense of entitlement and no sense of perspective. I went through that phase myself during the 16-bit console wars, but you reach a point where you realize that they're just video games and the corporations you're fighting for don't care about you.

I never got into that Star Trek series, but heard James Avery (RIP) was on it, and I imagine he gave a solid performance.

I'd just like to know who will be getting Pac-Man's blood.

I don't get the complaints, is all I'm saying. If the content is there and the internet is there, then why are people so grumpy about this collection? Have there been significant patches since launch?

Voice acting in anime got a lot better by the 21st century, although I must admit that I rather like DiC's 1996 dub of Sailor Moon. Terri Hawkes made a wonderfully ditzy Serena.

I don't know the specifics. My understanding is that online versus is terrible in the MK collection, and rollback generally is considered the best way to play fighting games online. Either they didn't include rollback, or they screwed it up royally.

2019, actually. There was a black and white one? Oh, of COURSE there was, it was an Osamu Tezuka creation.

"Wait, since when did Ghosts 'n Goblins look that good on the NES?"

Hate those Playstation symbols, though. Third party controller manufacturers have got to change the design of the already stupidly counterintuitive button labels so much, you can barely recognize them. Apparently Sony managed to copyright squares, triangles, and circles.

I think it's the AI artwork that's got everyone cheesed. If you're going to charge people money for a video game, *pay* people money to make it.
