I seem to recall finding lots of humor in Shirow’s musings in those art books. He’d be super technical one minute, and then admit that he just liked drawing girls in Landmates the next. 😂 So I don’t know how much he was prioritizing protection/safety in his work!

Hope you enjoy it! They cram a lot of info into a very short timespan, but the art and animation are great, and the soundtrack in particular is really beautiful.

Achievement clean-up was simple. Amusingly, by the last one, I was finally able to find my way around the Orchard without getting completely lost. 😂 I don't know if I've ever experienced a more confusing hub!
Anyway, a very unique game that at times reminded me of Nier.

Finished last night! I thought it was at its best when grounded in the more real world scenes (anything with Father/Mother really resonated with me), but overall, a unique game I’ll be doing clean-up on today. Quite the achievement from such a small team & a fresh take on the traditional VN format.

I didn’t play/finish too many games this year, but Ball x Pit was one of them. Enjoyed it enough to 100% it as well, and I do hope they add more to it in the future!

Sames. Although I have vanilla too, I haven’t played through it. I see pros/cons for both. Seems most who played vanilla first don’t like Scholar as much. I enjoyed it though, particularly the DLC!
