Exactly they were marginal and he brought them into the mainstream & ultimately into power. Why? So he could crush the NDP. It wasn’t enough to win a majority. Same thing with his initial leadership bid. No need for kamakaze candidate & other shenanigans. His ego & hubris is responsible.
