Bought a blue tomato (tomate azul) with high expectations of experiencing (somehow inverted or at least counterintuitive) qualia, only to find it was just a language game.

I'm happy with the feedback on my poster at the Computational Psychiatry Conf. I felt that people enjoyed having someone looking at the broader implications of predictive models. I also felt that I made scientists critically think about their work today so my job is done.

Yesterday was awesome! My presentation had positive feedback, I had great talks with professors about research and academic life, and I had the chance to meet one of the most important Brazilian philosophers alive: João Teixeira.

Time to return to my PhD research topics! Starting with this lovely event, in which I'll talk about selective attention (and probably its relation to perception and consciousness).

The first time I organized an event and it was highly successful! Scientists and philosophers presented their work and debated together with students how we can advance interdisciplinary debates and works on cognition and mind. Had a great time these last couple of days.
