I was gonna be meaner and say they look like City of Heroes got cel shaded.

I want to look at a character, know what their deal is, feel like I could pick them out of a lineup of other superheroes without issue, and know the designer had some idea of how to balance colors well to make the character pop.

I really don't feel that for anything I've seen from this game.

in my head this theme was meant to be "Desert Bus: Bonus Stage" but it ended up more like "Desert Bus: The Mirror Dimension"
