Folketinget har tilladt arbejdsgivere at lydoptage kunder og ansatte 24/7. I den forbindelse oplyste justitsministeren, at passagerer og kontrollører i metrotoge og på stationer på M3 og M4 allerede bliver lyd- og videooptaget.
