A quick tour of our temporary winter neighborhood-cat shelter with a plywood roof covered with a tarp, two sides closed with plywood, a plywood floor, 3 weatherproof heating mats, two cameras to alert us when the cats are there (so we can give them wet food too), and the cables almost done.
