I find it remarkable that such a simple approach can reveal so much about regulation. It should be one of the first studies to conduct when investigating gene regulation in bacteria.

Wow, I didn't know dynabeads were that old.🤓 Our master project was carried out in 2018, so a pretty young study compared to yours.
