For example, I hand sawed this shape out of 24g brass sheet. I filed, sanded, shaped the ring out of 18g wire, fused it together, fused it to the brass. I granulated those silver balls myself…out of Argentium scraps, fused them to the brass. I hammered every divot, sanded off fire stain for hours.

Fun fact: Argentium silver shatters/breaks if you touch it with a tool while it’s hot. So, I shattered my twig. However, Argentium also fuses and heals quite well when heated. Carefully, very luckily, I was able to repair my failure. So, onward…

The sign I designed on Canva arrived yesterday. I’m impressed with how pretty it turned out.
One huge flaw: I thought it was metal, having chosen the metal sign category in the designing process, or so I thought 🫤
So, not weatherproof. Wondering if I should laminate it or something?? Argh.
