Sort of. I have a lot of OCs and a lot of the music I have is more vibes for the overall story with them, though some songs are for specific OCs (my main OC, Vendetta, is a lot of Poor Man’s Poison).

I suspect as much since we know Adam named them and that implies they lack a degree of agency that sinners and winners would have.

Yeah I’m really curious about what’s going on with sinners when they first land in hell. With Loopty in Helluva Boss it seems that Sinners either retain some of the resources that they had in life, or Loopty just knew he’d be able to get the money to pay IMP from the start.

I mean...maybe? It's possible but I can't see it happening unless Vox (not so) accidentally walked in on Al while he was getting dressed or something. And even then I'm pretty sure Al just SLEEPS in his suit.
