Hey, Megyn Kelly and Batya Ungar-Sargon, the lowest age of consent in any state in the US is 16. Sex with a 15 year old isn't "barely legal," it's statutory rape.

This is very good news, but I don't think this fight is over. Davis' challenge to Obergefell v Hodges was weak. The fact that SCOTUS wouldn't consider it leaves the door wide open for a stronger challenge. But at least for this day, common decency survives.
