Say what you will about the lack of a backbone, but it does afford spineless Republican politicians the ability to twist themselves in some of the most amazing shapes I've ever seen. A useful trait for defending the betrayal of allies, changing the world order, undermining of democracy, promotion of authoritarianism and dictators, shredding of the constitution, wealth gap, adoption of fascist / Nazi tactics used to target trans kids and the trans community in general, and the list goes on. The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to do nothing. Or twist themselves in a knot defending evil.

Hypothetically assuming a corporate office environment with 1,000 employees having an average annual salary of $90,000, this translates to $1.04 - $3.35 million in salary dollars spent more effectively relative to office type tasks for WELL compared to LEED certified buildings. 3/

We estimated that the WELL certified buildings had a combined occupant performance advantage (based on air quality, noise, and visual comfort satisfaction levels) ranging from 1.16% to 3.72% over the LEED certified buildings. 2/
