Millions of Afghans having been returning to #Afghanistan amid crackdowns these past 2 years.
We interviewed 747 returnees. 
53% received no assistance — women are especially excluded with 65% receiving no assistance vs. 49% of men.

MMC surveyed 747 returnees in 2025 (27% women). 
– 15% of women reported no safety risks (vs 66% of men)
– 65% of women received no aid (vs 49% of men)
–7% of women earned an income (vs 59% of men)
