Yeah, fair enough. It's ultimately personal. But in the era of engagement farming, some media have incentive to blow up minor things as huge problems.

I was one of the journalists playing. IMO this is wildly overstated. It's a rather brief intermission interjection some humanity in the story. After that, Samus continues on her own again. It could have been very annoying, but it was respectfully and smartly placed.
