Trying to submit a dental claim for my dependent on Sun Life’s website is painful. It’s slow, outdated, and clearly built before responsive design mattered. They even say your first dental claim might need to be submitted on paper. In 2026. How is this real?

Banks dropping NSF fees from $45 to $10 is an admission the old fee was unjustifiable. They should be required to reimburse the difference to anyone charged an NSF fee over the last 5 years.
