Good news, my candidates seem to have won
My two choices tied with my least fav choices. Let my candidates win for my opinions are most correct!

Really be needing WMATA to fix the anti-bird nest at northern entrance of king street metro and evict the 100 pigeons that have taken over.

So, I had the George Santos equivalent of a motivational speaker today.

She was a “rags to riches” raised at orphanage in Mexico in poverty and then became a millionaire when her fresh salsa brand was bought by Cambells for 231M

In my home town of Panama City, the hottest political issue for the last 2 years was if to build a walking path on the scenic beach drive. Tonight, the incumbent NIMBY mayor lost 70-30 and the city referendum voted 55-45 to build the path!!

It has always irked me the map of the “1.9Miles” trail only shows .5 miles of it.

My favorite thing each Passover is inviting friends over and seeing their reactions when they see Gefilte for the first time.

I for one think a 10% Tariff on Heard & McDonald Islands is far far too low.

Flight delayed 4 hours and won’t get to DCA till 12:30AM.

Suddenly very mad the gov is not shut down tomorrow and I have to go to work.

I’ll admit I may be wrong on if Dems should give votes or not for CR. I still hold it isn’t as easy a decision as many are making it out to be.
March 14, 2025 at 8:12 PM
Prob is Dems don’t have a clear path out of a shutdown if it begins. GOP has no need to compromise. Impacts of Shutdown ARE Harmful. CR is less harmful than a real Trump Budget. If you really want a shutdown wait till FY26 when GOP has to actually try to pass DJTs priorities, good luck Johnson.
March 13, 2025 at 10:57 PM
A gov shutdown is not a good solution. Empowering OMB, and adding more chaos for federal employees doesn’t send a message to Trump. This is a loose-loose situation for Dems.

People at work are blaming leadership for trumps EOs for “interpreting them too hardly” and “Trump didn’t say we can’t *ever* telework!”
The king can do no wrong. It’s the enforcers who are the problem.
