Sourdough practice continues. The latest loaf looks even better than the last

Attempt three. This one had less salt and a tighter structure. I still think I can do better, but it cut cleanly and has a nice bounce to the bread (good structure)

Okay attempt number two turned out way better. I got the cold proofing down and the folding and shaping dialed in. This looks yum!

Because Amazon is taking The Expanse off of its streaming service, I got the Blu-ray box set. I've watched the show multiple times and you could say I'm still a fan.
