THE PHANTOM AND THE ENFORCER Earlier this week, a security breach occurred within the Anima Propriety Trade executive complex. Surveillance systems captured what we believe to be the masked criminal known as the Phantom, accompanied by their armed associate, an unidentified Enforcer. The recovered footage shows both suspects moving through the executive hallway with calm, coordinated precision. At timestamp [03:42:07], the Phantom is seen looking directly into the security lens before continuing forward, suggesting deliberate awareness of surveillance systems. Shortly after, all mechanical security systems were disabled or destroyed. On-site guards, both human and Faunus, were rendered unconscious using non-lethal force; no deaths occurred.
