If you are unemployed, you have to check in every month in employment bureau to be sure that you are covered or you can have normal insurance if your spouse is employed. His insurance can cover yours also. Not bad.

My country is not on the list, Croatia. Our health insurance is paid by our employer and we personally can pay supplementary insurance like 18 EUR monthly and no worries about hospital costs, medicines etc.
