Morning light was amazing at Cocoa Beach Pier this morning, before 7am! Loved watching the sun peek through the clouds. So many people were out, walking, fishing, surfing, or just chillin' and watching the sunrise. We saw tons of turtle tracks heading to and from their nests.

I have to admit, I feel an anxiety when I'm in close proximity with a cow, or any other big animal with horns, unless they're behind a fence. But, I love painting them.

Living in Florida for the last three decades in the absence of snow and winter blues, of course my mind romanticizes snow. Previously I lived in Croatia and remember well all the challenges the white coat of snow brings. Here are a few of my recent 5x7 inches small studies of a winter scene.
