I'm sorry you ran into so many issues with how you were treated, also. It's very exclusionary and a shame you had to miss the conference.

There was another lift in a very confusing location, but no one really mentioned it. I think they made an effort, but some of these details made the accomodations feel like afterthoughts, with the assumption that no one would *really* need them.

I went to a conference in September that HAD a quiet room 👍, but the door to the hallway where it was located was locked. The welcome team had to get someone to open it all for me.

And the sessions were up and down multiple flights of stairs between. The most visible lift was out of order.
