Solos is best since 3 round wins count as a win for progress.
Blitz is also good but queues are a bit longer and wins are more fickle.

Though I think the worst Kind Of Guy in business is the one whose first message is asking for "the plan" and then inevitably either blaming whoever came up with a gameplan or blaming us all because nobody had a plan.
