I am relieved that was only a dream that tilted nightmarish and not real life. Puppies do not deserve to be treated like a vendor giveaway! They are too cute and good for that nonsense and stress.

(But puppy snuggles! That is a comfort)

Puppy math is so tricky. 1-2 = manageable. 3-6 = a bit troublesome. 6-10 = chaotic, with naps. Any thing over 10 = dear god in heaven, what is happening?

(We had a dog who had a litter of 11 pups once. WHOA NELLIE. It was so many)

The only thing stopping me is the awfulness of simultaneously potty training a puppy and a toddler.
