A leg! I made a start on the Flawless Blades tonight and wanted to do a similar scheme to what I’m doing with Fulgrim Ascended (even though they don’t technically belong together 😅) and figured a pink-purple shift would be nice. I really like it so far!

We had to say goodbye to Barley yesterday.
He was 14 years old and had spent almost 13 of those years as my constant companion.
He was with me through some of the worst times in my life, and some of the best.
He was a very, very good boy and we will miss him terribly.
Rest well, little man ❤️

Here is where I’m at with Fulgrim so far, it’s an absolutely stunning model.
I finally started painting again!!! 🥳
I knew there was something in this paint job I wasn’t happy with and I didn’t know how to fix it, so today I decided to spend some time softening the harsher transitions and seeing if properly painting the trim would make me happier.
We’re getting there!

So, of course, I then get the chest infection from hell 🙃

Meet Wundo the Wanderer - he is obsessed with the Lumineth Realm-lords and has somehow managed to follow them to Hysh. He’s made himself some armour to “fit in” and is kidnapping the locals and forcing them to draw him pictures of a cool fox he saw.

He’s almost 14 years old, has very few teeth, is selectively deaf, and is only becoming more wilful with age.
He’s a good boy and I love him.

A lot of mine comes from nature - there are some absolutely amazing patterns and colours to be found in obscure creepy crawlies that transfer beautifully onto models!
