The pain is real! Posting something new and getting all excited the next day when you see there's comments on it and the sheer disappointment... I wish I could send the most malicious viruses right back. Something nice and extremely destructive to poison the entire system ✨✨✨

They are a plague! And the more platforms go unused with less moderation, the more those cockroaches move in. AO3 is quite good at erasing them fairly soon after they post so I will give credit where credit is due. They just curdle my milk!

FFNet became so overrun with those sort of accounts, I deleted all my stories because they were getting on my nerves. And if by some ungodly, dumb reason those are genuine ppl…Dude. Stop.

They’ll also always want to get you to a different platform to ‘talk more’. They’re selling you a crock of shit and being as suave about it as a blind donkey! I just ignore them since AO3 doesn’t have a report button. Just wanted to rant and remind you to be careful.

-So it’s especially salty when I get ‘interest’ only to realize it’s those types of accounts I didn’t blurr them because they are on my public accounts and if those are real ppl I will eat my keyboard. There’s no activity on them at all, zilch and the response is always immediate after posting.
