Sorry for the no-stream these past two days.
Things are a bit hectic at home with our kitchen being entirely remade and I can't really start streaming at a decent time without fearing something might interupt me, need to turn off the power or simply lots of noise.

Went back to the gym after a couple weeks hiatus from the stress & anxiety of all the irl appointments I had & it felt great.
I missed it...
I've been feeling sluggish lately, wanting to sleep a lot despite having a lot of energy to give.
Hopefuly it'll be a nice reset & I should be back tomorrow.
