How old is "older"? This study is from July, and by an organization that doesn't seem to have an axe to grind, and lines up with Steve's point:

We’re at my in-laws, I’ve mostly just got the pieces I am usually responsible for (my family’s sweet potatoes and the pumpkin cheesecake), BUT: I have successfully pulled the mashed potatoes from the siblings-in-law so they will finally have a sufficient amount of butter and cream.
