The original Dubai chocolate bars went viral on tik tok like 2 years(?) ago. That led to knock offs and then to Dubai chocolate “inspired” products and I think in the last 6 months it’s kind of jumped the shark.

Generally it's the combination of pistachio creme and and knafeh. I seen stuff with just pistachio being marketed as "dubai" but I'm wouldn't be surprised if people were doing that.
