😂 Ah, the Iced Biscuit Wars of old. I think Crawford's were copying Huntley & Palmer here - the latter were, apparently, the 'inventors' of the dentist's favourite biscuits!

"The glad tenants, like Peter Pan, keep perennially young in their pleasaunces, fogetful of office irks or workshop worries" is also, I suspect, stretching it! But Liverpool is a fascinating case study in so many ways.
