First Amendment rodeo clown. Policy Director at Free Speech Coalition, co-founder SWR Data, among other things. Personal account, all outrage / nonsense here is my own.
Not to be that guy but how the hell does hologramma know the bedtime story about the unicorn or whatever. They didn’t give her grams memory they just took three minutes of glamour shots

"What they didn't know was that the Supreme Court would directly contradict itself and decades (centuries?) of First Amendment law, and decide that Americans need to identify themselves before accessing legal speech."

I'll cop to that.

This year, we were able to secure sponsors so that for every survey taken, $15 is donated to a sex worker non-profit of your choice, including @pineapplesupport.bskyverified.social, @fsc.bsky.social @swop-usa.bsky.social and others. The more people who take the survey, the more we can raise.

We need better statistics on the creator community, otherwise we get swamped with the stuff put out by the antiporn groups or the tabloids. That everyone's a millionaire or a trafficking survivor.

They're filling a void and we need to fight back.

Nelson is great role model for reluctant historians because you sense that everyone is slightly annoyed that he's there again with his camcorder filming the party in your kitchen and like, get a life, but he pushes through and amasses one of the great histories of New York like a Maier or Winogrand

"In order for this to be applicable for Trans Movie of the Year, there has to be a trans person in every single sex scene—however, the rules don't specify whether that's a trans man or a trans woman,” she continued ... So, we actually have technically a lot of ‘straight content’"

And CSAM is still CSAM if it's a 17 year old. The law doesn't just apply to "very young children." It's all illegal and all morally abhorrent.

It's telling that the sex industry is more informed and outraged about actual trafficking than the conservative industrial complex over this.
