The BrikWars guy. Former Lego guy.
Concept designer and illustrator behind many of your favorite Lego themes and games, and somehow also the old Roblox logo. I know, I can't explain it either.

Running back and forth between the two kitchens trying to get Thanksgiving cooked, continually forgetting that I just tore out the floor in one of the rooms between.

Repeatedly pranking myself right into the crawlspace

I am! But only on unit 8, no bears yet. So far it just sounds like everyone in Denmark is perpetually amazed by how gammel I look.

These Goo Jit Zu guys in particular were a departure for me - they wanted something halfway between my usual exaggerated rendering and the flat-shaded pin line style of the cartoon. What a balance to strike

I mostly talk about LEGO work here, but I take on lots of bread-and-butter jobs for other toys and games. I did a whole pile of quick-turnaround package illustrations for Moose Toys this year and I just spotted a couple on the shelves.

Server kept getting overloaded, so I looked into the traffic logs to see what was going on. See if you can tell what time I blocked Meta's AI scraper.

Same elevation map, now with water / desert / vegetation layers, each using a variation of the elevation map as a layer mask. Very quick and dirty.

Photoshop has a lot of good tricks for this, starting with a gradient map to map specific colors to specific altitudes.

If I were doing this, I'd then paste in generic texture layers for desert, water, and green, and then mask them in with a rough sponge brush

Behold the fruits of my labor - three generations of housing support in one photo. Today's the day we crank up the long-term jacks and see if the house cracks in half
