Wife has cancer, and despite our insurance being very good we’re still having to come out of pocket for essential supplies relating to her treatments.

I did get Borderlands 4, against my better judgment. Initial testing on my gaming PC had some dips below 60fps with FSR on, frame gen off.
I’m gonna do some further testing during the day tomorrow and some this weekend concerning UE5 limitations on PC.
Specs will be in the next skeet.

Got my first ever GBVS top 8 last night in a beginner's bracket. Won the Anila mirror, then lost to Wilnas and Lancelot. Lancelot game went last game last round last interaction.
Granted, it was a 11-person bracket but we do take those!

It took 3+ months, but I finally have all the gameplay stuff for Mario Kart World unlocked! I will eventually go back for the remaining costumes and all that, but it's finally time for it to be uninstalled off the Switch 2.
Gonna start Kirby and the Forgotten Land next, then play the DLC.

I'm not really a big Pokemon fan (my wife plays more of the Go mobile game than I do), but I'm willing to hear them out. Plus, the Moscone center is really cool!

If I get into this apprenticeship (which I really do hope I get into), we are likely done here in the US and will become expats. The safety we are used to, even in a small town in a red state; is no longer there.

I would kill for Google to do an Artifacts-like feature for Gemini. I miss that the most in the switch from Claude.

so, most likely I'm changing back over to android in the next 2-3 weeks as part of a biannual upgrade. Instead of switching everything over at one time, I'm gonna go the slow, gradual way this time in migrating everything over. I still have a lot of android stuff left over from a couple years ago.
