If you're looking for a different option for food, I'm a huge fan of Colony Grill for their bar pizza! It's a 5-6 minnute walk to the Cap. (Although the mexican place across the street is very good too!)

I co-sign this technique! Start with cold pan and put in on medium heat. Cover it and when the cheese starts to melt it’s ready to go!

I do a curry chicken salad with sliced green apples and raisins. Can also use dried cranberries. Sometimes I’ll but some roasted cashews in there or sliced almonds. If you like that curry flavor, this slaps!
