In Parliament today, @jennygilruth.bsky.social promoted the new national guidance on Consequences and Risk Assessment, and gave me a nod, acknowledging that she has had to write to Directors of Education about reviewing behaviour policies in schools.

Our Motion to Speak Out for Trans Rights, highlighting the need to support trans people and, in particular, recognise intersectionality and oppose any unnecessary hierarchy of rights, was carried unanimously. #STUClgbt25

Utterly ridiculous, unworkable and potentially discriminatory against a protected group. Surely a ‘jump the shark’ moment for the EHRC. Incompetence on this scale is unacceptable and those responsible should be removed with immediate effect. #TransRightsAreHumanRights
