Favorite of somewhat recent Cave songs. Musically mostly synths. Songwriting style, it’s less narrative & more worldbuilding. The visual descriptions are so rich. The falsetto is something I’ve never heard Cave do. It’s a sad but uplifting song. Then he drops the goth bomb, “Time will come for us.”
