One thing I have learned with the NDP at both the provincial and federal levels is that its leaders are not serious about electoral reform. At the provincial level, none of the NDP led governments have implemented electoral reform. Federally, the previous leaders have made the issue an afterthought.

If a good guy had a gun, the bad guys would have had AR-45s. More people would have been killed including the good guy with a gun. An experiment was done on ABC (US) where good guys had (paint pellet) guns. In five scenarios, none of the good guys hit the bad guys.
