Zach’s unit called this morning. Zach and 2 of his unit mates were killed after being ambushed by the Russians in the town of Stepnohirsk, Ukraine. His unit commander was injured and said that Zach did everything right and he was so very brave. The unit will be trying to recover Zach.

I finally got some sleeping pills. Ambien 5mg. I can only take them if I’m not working the next day, so tried one last night. It still took me several hours to fall asleep then woke up off and on all night. Anybody know if it takes a while to start working or what?

I finally got some sleeping pills. Ambien 5mg. I can only take them if I’m not working the next day, so tried one last night. It still took me several hours to fall asleep then woke up off and on all night. Anybody know if it takes a while to start working or what?

In frontline communities near Zaporizhzhia, kindergartens have moved to shelters.
Kids spend up to 8 hours a day there. Teachers do their best to make the spaces cozy and helpful, but shelters lack furniture and learning equipment.

Dropped off my truck this morning to finally get the transmission replaced. Took them almost two months to get the new one delivered. Good thing it was drivable. Should take a couple of days.

I’m not even in the wind industry and I read Trump loud and clear, even as early as his first term. If you’re not fossil fuel, you’re the enemy. How could a whole industry not see that? They probably even lobbied for Trump. 🙄🙄😒
