The sound reminded me of the midi versions just a bit more of a punchier and updated sample libraries.

Interesting, yeah I believe Grabbed By The Ghoulies (cancelled GC version) and Star Fox Adventures all use the updated musyx sound engine for the midi sequences.
Was the game going to have a adaptive/dynamic soundtrack like you hear from Banjo Kazooie?
Due to midi allowing that as a feature.

Kameo came out the time when the 360 launched back when. i would been 8 years old when this game came out.
Regardless the arranged song sounded amazing and enjoyed the updated orchestral parts too, thanks for your hardwork on the OST back when btw.
