At this stage, there is no possible means of brand confusion, as aside from the two locations being named different things, the nature of our businesses are *very* different.
this is all just the whinging of some one upset that they couldn't strong-arm a name change where we felt one wasn't required

we did our own searches on both SL and google to ensure that we would not have any overlap.
