Understanding how people work together is hard. Ordering them to use ChatGPT is easy. So managers do the latter, and then express shock when productivity plummets.

Deliverable artifacts are only a small part of the social system that product development entails. Any "productivity" gained by ignoring that system is an illusion.

We're time traveling back to 1997 today, when WISYWIG editors were all the rage. In the decades since, web technology has clawed its way from that primitive state with semantic HTML that made accessibility possible and let content drive appearance rather than vice-versa.

The div is focusable, and has a visible focus outline, which is positive. But it does not react to Enter keypress, which makes the focusability pointless.

In sixth grade, one of our teachers died unexpectedly in the middle of the school year. The school then made the IT boss teach us some HTML & PHP as a replacement class.
