1. Professores

2. Creches, sobretudo para os mais pobres

3. Tecnologia e Inteligência Artificial

Great fun last night on national TV with the current Minister of Education and other former ministers, live from London.
Our mission lies at home in the UK - but educational inequality is prevalent all around the world.

Here's our Director @miguelherdade.bsky.social on Portuguese national television discussing the urgent need to tackle child poverty in the country.

Preparar o lanche e o jantar.

Typical statement by politicians at the death of Francis:

“I am so sorry that the Pope Francis whose teachings on poverty, inequality, climate change, war in Gaza, war in Ukraine, billionaires, financial sector, Davos etc. I have totally ignored - but I still learned a lot from him".

When I moved to England, Pupil Premium became one of my favourite policies against inequality. But I never understood why it stops at 16.

What happens when you don’t have health insurance when you most need it? You feel helpless.

I’ve been there.

Our first daughter was born with a serious heart defect, and I couldn’t afford health insurance.

We sat in a hospital’s charity ward.

Just a reminder: the last time we saw welfare cuts of this magnitude, life expectancy dropped by 3-5 months. That's tens of thousands of excess deaths over the course of a decade.
